We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, follow up on a shipment discussion, and protect the site from spam or abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our secure database (Supabase) and can be reviewed by authorised staff in our admin panel. Hosting and related services may process data in accordance with their own security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for business follow-up and legal or accounting needs, then delete or archive them.
